I particularly appreciate Chapter 20, section 3: Relative Effectiveness of Quality Techniques. There's certainly no end to the discussion on the best testing/quality assurance methodologies. What's refreshing here is that the discussion includes actual numbers from various research efforts. I appreciate one conclusion the author came to:
The strong implication is that if project developers are striving for a higher defect-detection rate, they need to use a combination of techniques [emphasis added]
Very good book. Add it to your library
